DANCES FOR TEENS
The Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, in cooperation with the Optimist Club, organizes dances for teens on Friday evenings from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Evenings for young people in grades 5 (elementary) to Secondary II so that they can have some fun!
To confirm the level of education of each child, one of the following supporting documents must be shown; otherwise, the child will not be allowed into the event:
- Report card (copy)
- Health insurance card (copy)
- Student card (if in secondary school)
Teens may be denied entry or expelled if they fail to show respect for other people or for the premises. Fluorescent items are prohibited.
Pick-up by parents: Parents or guardians must pick up their children inside Carrefour Notre-Dame before the dance ends. For their safety, teens may not leave the dance unaccompanied. If a teen fails to comply with this regulation, the Municipality shall not be responsible for any behaviour that breaks the rules.
Teens who are dressed inappropriately will be denied entry. No inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.
NO LEAVING THE BUILDING. Snacks will be sold at the dance for $1 each (popcorn, cotton candy, soft drinks and water).
Cost: $5 per person.
Advance tickets may be purchased at Carrefour Notre-Dame and the Marie-Uguay Library two weeks before each dance. Tickets will be sold on the evening of the dance.

Dates in 2016 :
10 to 12 years old: September 16 and December 16
13 to 15 years old: October 28
For the safety and well-being of the teens during dances, we are asking parents for their help. If you would like to be involved in an event that enables teens to enjoy themselves safely, please contact Community Services.
DANCES FOR POEPLE 50 AND OVER
Given the great success of previous dances for people 50 and over, the Municipality of Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot will hold another dance this fall, hosted by Murielle Groulx and featuring both social dance and line dancing! Refreshments will be available for $1 (water, soft drinks and snacks).
Cost: $5 per person. Tickets will be available at Carrefour Notre-Dame and Marie-Uguay Library two weeks before the dance.
Location: Carrefour Notre-Dame, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
